I want to thank you warmly for your wisdom, patience and generosity during the tour you have given me of Jerusalem. This was a clear learning experience for me. As you have stated, it is important for a foreigner like myself to understand the cultures, beliefs and geography of your country so to put things in perspective. There are so many things said about Israel in the media but I agree that one is best if he can see and learn by himself. Again, I thank you for your insights on your reality and I can appreciate how your country is trying its best to strike the right balance between security and respect for the way of life of other cultures.
I have felt very much at home in Israel.
I take it as a very positive and enlightening experience that I will not forget.
